As a dedicated PMO Analyst, I bring a wealth of experience in resource planning, contract management, and agile methodologies. My journey in project management has been marked by a commitment to continuous improvement and efficiency, evidenced by my Yellow Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma. Currently, I serve as a PMO Specialist at Stellantis South America, where I manage contracts through SAP Logon and utilize Power BI to validate analytical data and KPIs. My role also involves enhancing internal training processes, ensuring that our team remains at the forefront of industry standards.

Prior to my current position, I held the role of Executive Analyst at Resende Chaves Group, where I successfully organized and coordinated legal and administrative teams in high-value processes. My focus on cost reduction and time optimization led to the co-founding of Instituto Resende Chaves, which plays a crucial role in providing official expert opinions for labor courts nationwide. My earlier experience as a Legal Consultant at Barcelos Group allowed me to hone my skills in risk prevention and mitigation, ensuring quality service and efficient outcomes for our clients.
