At Stay in True to Yourself / Voices of Change, I lead program design, grant administration, strategic planning, and community engagement. I led the Manguo Wetlands initiative, engaging 1,500+ community members, removing approximately two tons of waste, and coordinating the planting of 500+ trees.
At the California Department of Social Services, I supported statewide administration and implementation of human services programs across California’s 58 counties. I researched policy requirements and helped translate them into practical county guidance; beginning in 2026, I also served as Legislative Coordinator.
With Mental Health California / Brother Be Well, I supported youth and young adult behavioral health programming, including substance use prevention and peer support. I helped recruit 600+ applicants since 2021 and supported conversations about mental health, wellbeing, and help seeking.
At the International Rescue Committee, I designed and implemented a QR code and Microsoft Forms intake workflow for the Youth Futures Program. During a six-month pilot, it improved participant data completeness and audit readiness by approximately 96 percent.
