I’m a highly analytical professional with over 11 years of academic and industry experience, including more than 9 years in the competitive Telecom sector. I specialize in Network Operational Audit, enforcing regulatory and internal governance across complex network infrastructure—Power, Wireless, Fixed Network, and Core systems—while prioritizing operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Since March 2020, I’ve led comprehensive operational auditing across critical telecom infrastructure, including BSS/OSS systems like U2020 and NetEco and physical network setups. I assess configurations, security compliance, and service performance against KPIs, identify control gaps and inefficiencies, and verify that network changes, configurations, and major projects follow corporate governance procedures and regulatory standards.

Earlier, as a Power Technician (Jan 2016 – Mar 2020), I managed AC/DC power infrastructure at multiple base station sites to ensure 99.9% uptime and supported upgrades and battery replacements. Before that, I served as a Contact Center Advisor using CRM tools like ZSmart and worked as an Assistant Lecturer, delivering practical engineering labs in Electrical & Computer Engineering.
