At Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Institute (ATI), I lead enterprise network and infrastructure services and support users of Unit4 (Agresso) ERP and Odoo ERP. I troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with functional owners, specialists, and service providers to resolve them.
I manage network and data center operations, including Cisco technologies, VMware, hyperconverged infrastructure, and disaster recovery. My work also covers infrastructure changes, security updates, service restoration, and operational documentation.
Previously at WebSprix IT Solutions and ALTA Computec PLC, I designed and supported enterprise networks, firewalls, and secure connectivity. I also participated in data center and high-availability network projects for organizations including Cooperative Bank of Oromia, Wegagen Bank S.C., and Bank of Abyssinia S.C.
Earlier, I managed information systems and IT operations at ELICO and administered network infrastructure at SOS Children’s Villages Ethiopia. I hold a BSc in Information Systems from Addis Ababa University and Cisco professional certifications in data center and routing and switching.
