Ik ben een junior professional met een analytische instelling en een drive om dingen echt te begrijpen. Ik werk gestructureerd, leer snel en communiceerdirect, met een sterke focus op resultaat.
In mijn horeca-ervaring heb ik geleerd om onder druk nauwkeurig te werken en met mensen mee te denken. Als Shift Leader en later Assistant Manager stuurs ik teams aan, bewaak ik kwaliteit tijdens drukke diensten en neem ik verantwoordelijkheid voor barbeher, inkoop en operationele aansturing.
