Tessa Zasta
@tessazasta
Licensed somatic and ecotherapy clinician specializing in adventure-based, nature-connected healing.
What I'm looking for
I am a licensed professional counselor with a somatic, ecotherapy, and adventure-therapy focus who guides children, adolescents, families, and individuals toward resilience through nature, body-based work, and experiential interventions. I direct a private practice and provide telehealth and community-based services, integrating attachment and gestalt-informed approaches with practical risk mitigation and safety training.
Across school, residential, clinic, and outdoor settings I design and implement ecotherapy/adventure groups, conduct assessments, create collaborative treatment plans, and deliver trauma-informed, non-pathologizing care. My work is informed by certifications in clinical adventure therapy, wilderness and clinical first response, and training in attachment-based family therapy and expressive arts integration.
