What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a trauma-informed Clinician role supporting youth and families in crisis, with strong collaboration across schools and community partners. I want to bring restorative, equity-centered care to individualized treatment planning and continuity of services.

I’m a Clinician providing individual and family counseling to youth (birth to 21 years old) and their families in crisis. I build individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments using PHQ-9 and GAD-7, and focus on continuity of care through coordination with schools, medical providers, and government entities.

Before and alongside my counseling work, I supported youth through dispute resolution and education. As a Youth Program Specialist and Youth Program Coordinator, I helped guide outreach, classroom management, curriculum development, and youth conflict resolution workshops—including work delivered in both in-person and Google Classroom/Zoom formats.

I’m also deeply committed to restorative and transformative justice, anti-racism, and community building. I helped develop and deliver programming such as the Circles Curriculum for Whatcom Intergeneration High school and organized learning series for DV/SA restorative justice, including researching tools, interviewing guest speakers, and conducting a county-wide survivor survey to support funding for programming.

My background also includes leadership and direct support experience, from supervising 14 AmeriCorps VISTA sites and managing grants to serving as team lead for direct services providers. I bring facilitation, mediation training, and a strong training-and-development mindset from roles across education, service, and restorative justice.
