Provides individual and family counseling to youth and their families in crisis. Conducts PHQ-9 and GAD-7 assessments, creates individualized treatment plans, and coordinates care with schools, medical providers, and government entities.

Volunteered as a mediator with Whatcom Dispute Resolution Center.

Provided guidance and support to the Youth and Education team. Developed procedures to support outreach, classroom management, curriculum development, and the county Peaceful Poetry Contest.

Served as a committee member for the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Restorative Justice Learning Series.

Served on the planning committee for a Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Restorative Justice Learning series. Researched learning tools and supplemental reading, interviewed guest speakers, organized events, and helped support funding by conducting a county-wide survivor survey.

Facilitated conflict resolution workshops for youth and adults in Whatcom County, including participants connected to the juvenile court system. Coordinated the annual Peaceful Poetry Contest and taught poetry workshops, adapting delivery to semi-synchronous Google Classroom and Zoom formats during quarantine.

Contributed to a small team that developed the Circles Curriculum for Whatcom Intergeneration High School. The curriculum emphasized restorative and transformative justice, social movements, community organizing, and anti-racism.

Served as Associate Faculty for the Adult Basic Education program. Taught an integrated reading and writing course emphasizing emotional intelligence and related soft skills for college and career success.

Led a team of Direct Service Providers providing one-to-one support for adults with developmental disabilities. Managed onboarding and training, completed safety checks, handled data tracking and entry, and hosted monthly staff meetings.

Supported the Multicultural Student Center as an office assistant. Helped with scholarship committee work and event planning, and handled bookkeeping, data entry, student involvement tracking, and outreach to scholarship nominees and their families.

Provided lead support for adults with developmental disabilities, working directly with clients and staff. Created activity calendars, managed the team activity budget, and supported clients with personal goals and community access and engagement.

Organized for the Greeley Poetry Slam.

Wrote and piloted suicide prevention curriculum for middle and high schools. Conducted community outreach to increase program capacity and helped plan multiple fundraisers including a poker run, poetry slam, and 5k walk/run.
