I’m a Technical Writer working since July 2017, focusing on sourcing and modifying aircraft wiring and producing clear CAD workforce wire schematics. I combine precision documentation with hands-on technical understanding to help information stay accurate and usable.

My workflow uses tools like Adobe Pro, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and an XML editor, with CGM proficiency to support document creation and technical documentation. I’m comfortable translating complex technical details into structured, well-organized materials.

Before this, I built customer-facing and operations strength as an Assistant manager, part specialist at O'Reilly auto parts (September 2011 to April 2017), handling retail and commercial management and serving as a professional parts and service specialist. I also earned automotive training certifications during this period.

I started earlier with animal care work as an Animal care specialist at Petco (August 2009 to August 2011), which sharpened my attention to procedure and responsibility. My education includes Automotive Technology and Firearms Technology coursework, supporting my long-term commitment to technical learning and documentation quality.
