At the Government of Saint Lucia’s Ministry of Housing, Local Government & Urban Renewal, I prepare investigation, quality assurance, property verification, and land-regularisation reports that support management review and case action.

I created and oversee a role-based master database for 3,000+ clients across the island, centralising case status, parcel details, project documentation, review items, and next actions. I also conduct on-site investigations and verify property information across communities.

Previously, I coordinated project operations for settlement-upgrade and land-regularisation initiatives, managing client follow-up, field activity, records, and management updates. In shipping operations, I built and managed an airfreight client and shipment database while coordinating cargo from arrival through customs clearance, bond processing, delivery, and client follow-up.

Alongside my government work, I run a private swim coaching service and bring the discipline of a former Saint Lucia national swimmer and current record holder to every project.
