At Norwex, I owned internal communications and employee-facing documentation during a company-wide CMS upgrade. I developed editorial standards and QA checkpoints, and kept a large digital content library organized and current through the migration.
At Citibank, I created style guides, localization guidelines, and training toolkits for multiple delivery teams. I also reviewed drafts against those standards and worked with Legal and Brand Management to address content that conflicted with regulatory policies.
At Alcon Laboratories, I led content development for the international rollout of Alcon.com across 12+ countries. I coordinated subject matter experts and regional teams, documented publishing workflows, and supported communications for charitable eye-care efforts in the Global South.
Earlier, at Stratfor, I edited intelligence analysts’ reports for accuracy, readability, and consistency with house style. I’ve also provided writing and editing services to clients through Digital Devolution LLC, and I’m comfortable keeping documentation organized and current while working remotely.
