What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build cybersecurity and technical training that improves learner engagement, performance, and retention through instructional design, curriculum development, assessment, and effective online, hybrid, or in-person delivery.

I've taught undergraduate cybersecurity courses at Hennepin Technical College, covering Windows/Linux administration, network security, and information assurance. Through active learning, personalized support, and D2L Brightspace analytics, I helped achieve 90%+ course completion and increased student engagement by 25% semester over semester.

At Lukos and ISHPI Information Technologies, I've designed and updated Coast Guard training programs, instructor guides, e-learning modules, workbooks, job aids, and course outlines.
