Created and led the College's Workforce Development Division, overseeing Continuous Lifelong Learning and Small Business Development Center. Secured $4.2 million in grant funding for workforce initiatives and established apprenticeship and job shadowing opportunities with industry partners.

Provided face-to-face and online instruction in Cybersecurity, Network Security, and Computer Hardware. Redesigned and validated CIS260 and CIS267 courses, updating curricula to reflect modern practices and enabling students for Security+, Network+, and A+ certifications.

Developed the first-ever Computer Science (CS) standards for Arizona K-12 students, which were signed into law and adopted. Created an implementation plan for unfunded curriculum changes and developed teacher professional development and training sessions.

Provided subject matter expert advice and assistance concerning intelligence activities for the senior leadership of the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force-Afghanistan. Managed operational intelligence for Afghanistan, overseeing 177 contractors across 111 locations and a budget of over $11.2M.

Provided classroom and field training, researched and developed doctrine and concepts, and designed doctrinally correct training products. Authored Training Circulars and classified manuals for Counterintelligence operations and created the concept for Network Electronic Attack.

Held varied roles from Fire Team Member to Senior Enlisted Advisor for Special Operations at the Office of the Chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff. Responsible for designing, implementing, and quality assurance/quality control of training and live-fire missions across multiple echelons.

Completed a Master of Information Systems program, focusing on advanced topics in information systems management and technology. This program enhanced my expertise in strategic IT planning and implementation.

Obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, covering foundational and advanced concepts in IT. This degree provided a strong base in various aspects of information technology.
