What I'm looking for

I am looking for opportunities that allow me to leverage my leadership skills in education and workforce development, ideally in a collaborative environment focused on innovation and student success.

I am a dedicated professional with comprehensive experience in building, maintaining, and securing automation systems. With six years as a Cybersecurity instructor at the collegiate level, I have developed a robust understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices. My military background includes multiple tours with the U.S. Army, where I conducted security automation setups and vulnerability scanning for special mission units. I am proud to be an Army certified senior instructor, teaching a variety of subjects including NCO Leadership and cybersecurity.

In my current role as Associate Superintendent, I transformed a failing school district into a successful model for dropout recovery programs, achieving a 104% net positive cash flow within a year. My leadership experience extends to managing workforce development initiatives at Cochise College, where I secured over $4 million in grant funding to enhance educational opportunities for underserved populations. I am passionate about mentoring and developing programs that empower students, particularly those from military families.
