I run operations for a self-funded digital wellness brand in Vientiane, Laos—building an end-to-end automated marketing funnel with audience segmentation and multi-step email sequencing to monitor prospects through a multi-stage pipeline.
Before that, I counseled 1,500–2,000 patients on preventive care and treatment plans as a Registered Dental Hygienist in the Greater Toronto Area, using behavior-change techniques for smoking cessation support and nutrition and oral hygiene instruction. I also supported front-office operations like scheduling, patient communication, and insurance billing.
I’ve also led remote coordination for an 11-time-zone executive team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, handling calendars and inboxes, coordinating 30+ meetings monthly, and preparing weekly research briefs to support executive decisions.
