At Lao Pride Inc. Co., Ltd., I managed fine jewellery orders from the first enquiry through quotation, production coordination and delivery. I worked with clients on bespoke pieces, engagement rings and wedding bands, translating their preferences and budgets into practical jewellery solutions.
I reviewed CAD designs for manufacturability and worked with designers and production teams to resolve technical issues. I also assessed how design choices affected metal weight, stone requirements, setting complexity and cost.
I developed jewellery concepts and product positioning, and created product descriptions and sales materials for online and social channels. I maintained Excel-based order-tracking and costing systems, and hold a GIA Applied Jewelry Professional (AJP) qualification with additional study in diamonds, coloured stones and pearls.
