I manage CUF’s Work Accidents Unit across the South Region and the Azores, overseeing operations, budgets, performance monitoring, physician recruitment, insurance partners, and process improvement.

I’ve also standardized Operating Room processes at Hospital CUF Tejo and supported nationwide Home Care process mapping and commercial package development. My clinical nursing experience in operating-room and aesthetic medicine settings, alongside my ongoing Master’s in Health Management, grounds my operational work in patient care.
