What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own presentation and graphic storytelling, build consistent templates, improve workflow quality, and collaborate with teams to translate complex ideas into design-led outcomes.

I’m a presentation design specialist and graphic designer with a clear belief that “good design should solve problems” and reflect a brand’s inherent personality. Since 2021, I’ve been working as a freelance designer while keeping my focus on creating designs that are visually appealing and motivating, not just polished.

In enterprise and investment banking environments, I’ve taken ownership of the “look and feel” of design concepts and led end-to-end concepting, design, review, and client sign-off. As a presentation design specialist, I’ve developed clean, concise, well-organized slides that translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand graphs, charts, and visuals—supported by customized templates that improve consistency and speed.

Across my roles, I’ve also managed workflow and quality. I managed teams of presentation design specialists and graphic designers, built team spirit and coordination, improved external client templates and deliverables, and supported quality checks for reliable delivery under tight deadlines. I was recognized with the “Ace Achiever for Q4’2013 at Cactus Communications Pvt. Ltd” for outstanding performance in my first year.

Beyond design, I’ve brought operational risk expertise as a Vendor Risk Management and Operational Risk Analyst. I developed and maintained OpRisk procedures and standards, aggregated and analyzed risk event reports, tracked and reported key risk elements to senior management, and supported reviews and challenge/attestation processes for risk controls.
