What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my banking operations and data analysis experience in an environment that prioritizes integrity, professionalism, data-driven decision-making, and national financial system stability.

I've spent more than 12 years at PT Bank Mandiri Persero (Tbk), supporting customers, transaction operations, credit processes, and regulatory compliance.

I processed deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately while maintaining daily cash reconciliation with zero discrepancies. I also resolved customer account and transaction issues by coordinating across internal divisions.
