I’m seeking a remote independent-contractor virtual assistant role in an international, distributed professional services firm—supporting partners, handling documentation and compliance, and contributing to e-commerce operations, operational marketing, and customer support.

I’m a virtual assistant fluent in American English, comfortable working remotely as an independent contractor. I bring a confident, poised, and outgoing style for both internal and external interactions, with an emphasis on clear, exceptional written and oral communication.

I support partners with day-to-day personal and operational needs, including managing inbound and outbound documentation flows. I also help build a comprehensive understanding of administrative operations, compliance, accounting, HR, and finance, so work stays accurate and dependable.

I’m motivated to research markets, products, consumer behavior, and competitors, and to assist with planning, development, and deployment of new physical-goods e-commerce stores. I deliver pre- and post-sale e-commerce customer support via email, ticket, chat, and telephone, while performing operational marketing tasks to support business development.
