Tendai Ntobolo

I am a community development practitioner with hands-on experience coordinating and implementing socio-economic empowerment programs in Kawambwa. I have conducted field-based research on local governance, led youth empowerment and sensitisation campaigns, and integrated gender-mainstreaming into community strategies.

I collaborate with local government and NGOs to design poverty-alleviation and economic empowerment programs, and I analyse socioeconomic data to inform policy recommendations. I have prepared monthly consolidated reports on community engagement and stakeholder meetings to support evidence-based planning and continuous improvement.

I am computer literate and skilled in training, facilitation, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder relations. I am passionate about leveraging health education to empower women, youths, and children and to ensure sustainable practices are embedded in everyday community life.
