I’m a Senior Product Manager with 14+ years of experience building digital platforms and product systems across mission-critical environments in Canada and West Africa. I own the full product lifecycle personally—from design through hands-on AI-assisted building to delivery—using defined evaluation criteria before scaling any AI-powered feature investment. I’m known for inheriting broken or non-existent delivery infrastructure and turning it into working systems with measurable outcomes like platforms serving 2M+ users, a 225%+ surge in core product metrics, and mobile advertising infrastructure reaching 120M+ consumers across three African markets.

I operate comfortably as the sole product resource in ambiguous, regulated, or fast-moving environments, coordinating asynchronously across stakeholders, vendors, agencies, and distributed teams. In my current Principal Product Consultant role, I lead full product lifecycles end-to-end while delegating execution through a delivery network when scale calls for it, and I apply AI-native tools (Replit, v0 by Vercel, Bubble) to move from concept to working software in days rather than weeks. I also architect and quality-gate client-facing deliverables, owning client relationship and technical architecture decisions while protecting delivery quality before handoff.

Across roles, I’ve delivered rebuilds and launches that replaced manual workflows with scalable systems, including learning management and program administration platform modernization and secure, multi-stakeholder platform enhancements.
