I support enterprise network and security operations at AT&T across cloud-hosted, SaaS, hybrid infrastructure, and business-critical production environments. I validate Azure ExpressRoute, VPN gateways, routing paths, and secure connectivity between on-premises data centers and Azure Virtual Networks.

Previously at Optum, I configured highly available Cisco Nexus environments and Palo Alto firewalls through Panorama. I supported security policies, NAT, WildFire, FortiGate, VPN connectivity, BGP/OSPF routing, and incident analysis for healthcare applications and database workloads.

At Marcellus Infotech, I supported Cisco LAN/WAN and network security environments, including Cisco ASA, FortiGate, ACLs, NAT, VPNs, and enterprise routing. I also helped resolve firewall, latency, packet-loss, and connectivity issues in an ITIL-driven operations environment.

I use Wireshark, SolarWinds, firewall logs, system logs, ping, and traceroute to isolate traffic-flow issues and document findings. I work closely with security, cloud, infrastructure, application, telecom, and vendor teams while following runbooks, change controls, and rollback procedures.
