I am looking for a remote Head of Design, Principal Product Designer, or fractional design leadership role with a product team in the US, UK, Europe or the Gulf. Remote only. I work from Nagpur, India and I do not relocate.

I join products with no design function and build one. In my current role I started with nothing and built the practice from zero. 10+ major features, 3 full platform redesigns, and 6 AI-native features taken 0 to 1: a strategy generator, a fit scoring engine, an RFQ builder, a smart comparison tool, a chatbot and a web telecaller. I rebuilt discovery across 15,000+ listings on one insight, that enterprise buyers interrogate rather than browse. That work took First Runner-Up for Best AI Product at the AI Summit UAE 2025 and was praised by the founder of G2.

Before this: investment research and wealth management platforms, and remote product work for a German company. Independent since 2019 for founders in the US, UK, Germany, Japan and Russia, 47+ completed engagements.

Selected outcomes. A real-money sports contest app taken 0 to 1 on iOS and Android, live on the US App Store. A mixed reality surgical planning tool that changed pre-operative decisions for more than 70 percent of participating surgeons. A US platform where the backing investor formally adopted my product strategy.
