I’m looking for a role where I can lead UX strategy end-to-end, mentor design teams, and build scalable design systems—using AI and customer/product data to improve adoption, usability, and satisfaction with strong product + engineering partnership.

I’m a Lead Product Designer with 10+ years of experience specializing in user-centric digital products across B2B, B2C, SaaS, and enterprise tools. I lead design strategy, mentor teams, and translate complex requirements into intuitive, measurable experiences that improve product adoption and user satisfaction.

Most recently, I’ve been Sr. Lead Product Designer at Terafina (Candescent), a fintech innovator providing white-label software for the US banking market. I lead a team of 9 designers and bridge banking complexity with user-centered design for the Consumer Mobile App and the Banker Web platform.

Previously at NTT DATA, I led UX reviews and cross-functional collaboration for Mercedes-Benz’s “WIPPS-Next” and supported Cargill’s manufacturing operations as a Product Designer, including translating product vision into features for teams of 15–20 developers. Highlights include identifying ~$3M in lost revenue via a Smart KPI, launching a fully automated KPI dashboard used at 10 sites / 400+ users, and developing an OpenAI-based chatbot for SOP guidance—along with building scalable design systems to keep UX consistent, accessible, and production-ready.
