Tejas Rahul MS

I’m a Software Engineer with hands-on experience in programming, testing, implementation, and delivery of high quality, secure, scalable software solutions using Python and FastAPI. I focus on REST API design, object-oriented programming, and engineering best practices, with a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.

In my current role as Trainee Engineer – AI at PharmaACE Pune, MH, I’ve researched and evaluated technical alternatives across multiple OpenAI models using a 30+ question benchmark—analyzing accuracy, latency, and token usage to recommend production-ready choices. I also develop backend APIs for enterprise NLP use cases and build, test, and deliver RAG pipelines using vector databases and embedding techniques.

Through automation tooling, I support implementation and maintenance of unstructured data extraction and help collect and report software metrics for performance and process efficiency. I’m comfortable working in distributed teams and collaborating across global pharmaceutical clients while keeping reliability and compliance in mind.

My academic projects reflect how I engineer end-to-end systems: ContextCore delivered a distributed RAG knowledge platform with Kafka ingestion, semantic search, and secure multi-tenant isolation using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS). Career Intelligence integrated 8 external systems via a configurable adapter pattern, used async background workers with Redis Queue (RQ), and added secure API authentication (JWT, bcrypt) with Docker-based CI/CD and metrics reporting.
