I’m a Business & Data Analyst focused on operational efficiency, reporting governance, and product/process improvements. In a high-growth US real estate technology environment, I’ve built reporting systems from scratch and translated operational data into decisions used by senior leadership.

At Houzeo Ltd., I own end-to-end operational reporting and the “Pending Activation” process for MLS listing activation across multiple states. I design and maintain broker-wise and status-wise management reports, and I track productivity and broker performance scoring using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, SQL, and Zoho Sprints.

I’ve also driven measurable process wins—like redesigning core reporting workflows (cutting management review time by 5–6 hours per cycle) and optimizing agent call workflows (reducing average handling time by ~15 minutes per call). Earlier, as an Operations Analyst and Data Analyst Intern, I implemented onboarding/grievance tracking and extracted 25,000+ FSBO listings to support lead generation and market analysis.
