I’m a Backend / Full Stack engineer focused on distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and AI-powered application backends. At Cenizas Labs, I owned backend architecture and system design for AI-powered applications—building a distributed knowledge retrieval system that handles 100K+ documents with ~500ms P50 latency using hybrid (vector + keyword) retrieval and caching, plus indexing and optimized PostgreSQL modeling for higher throughput.

I also designed a distributed workflow processing system handling 5K+ jobs/day with queue-based execution, retries, and idempotent processing. Beyond core services, I architected a CRDT-based realtime collaborative editor supporting 300+ concurrent users per document (~100ms P50 latency) and a WebSocket layer for 100K+ messages/min, combining scalable communication, hybrid persistence, and robust failure-tolerant async workflows. I’m drawn to building practical, high-performance systems end-to-end—from API security (OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, JWT, RBAC) to event-driven pipelines and observability—so teams can ship reliable products at scale.
