I’m looking for a role where I can combine multi-source operations data with reporting to drive faster issue detection, cleaner databases, and measurable process improvements—preferably in fast-changing, global environments with room to grow.

I’m an operations and data professional with 2+ years across global property-tech and luxury hospitality, supporting back-office and contact-centre operations through production tracking, multi-source data analysis, and structured Excel-based reporting. I analyze information from several systems at once to surface trends and outliers for issue detection and problem resolution—then convert that into clear performance reporting for management.

In my current role, I handle 20–40 client interactions daily across global markets while maintaining accuracy through reconciling data from multiple sources (CRM, live chat, email, voice, and OTA portals). I produce weekly operational reports for management and identified a recurring outlier that triggered a process-level change, improving issue detection and resolution across the team.

Previously, as a Senior Reservation Associate, I audited and maintained a 50,000–100,000-record guest-profile database daily using Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data cleaning) to resolve duplicates and enforce data standards. I built reporting on daily/weekly/monthly and ad-hoc cadences, analyzed duplicate-rate and error trends to drive measurable reductions, and led a team of 5 associates—coaching to quality benchmarks and aligning cross-property coordination with loyalty, audit, and rate teams.
