At C.M.K Bakery Limited and N.E.R Holdings Ltd, franchisees of Juici Patties, I manage inventory control and purchasing accuracy across 17 store locations. I helped reduce inventory shrinkage from 6% to 2% over two years through rigorous monitoring, discrepancy resolution, and collaboration with stock custodians and store leadership.

I produce inventory reports, monthly valuations, and inventory journals that support accurate cost data, budgeting, and P&L reporting. I also maintain vendor, item, prep, and recipe data in inventory management systems to protect costing, procurement, and menu integrity.

I negotiate vendor pricing and conduct regular comparisons to secure competitive rates and maintain procurement leverage. My work also includes POS data governance, ensuring goods received are accurately entered across locations.

Earlier, I supported accounts payable, warehouse inventory audits, customer order communication, and legal administration. I bring a data-driven approach grounded in accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
