I am a cybersecurity student at Saint Leo University, where I have maintained a GPA of 3.243 while gaining hands-on experience in customer service and event management. My role as a Server and To-Go Specialist at Carrabba’s Italian Grill has honed my ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while delivering exceptional service to guests. I take pride in my strong menu knowledge and my commitment to enhancing dining experiences.

In addition to my work at Carrabba’s, I have also served as a Team Member at Dunkin, where I prepared food items and assisted with customer orders at the front register and drive-thru. My experience in fast-paced environments has strengthened my problem-solving skills and my ability to work effectively under pressure. I am also certified in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop, which complements my technical skills in cybersecurity.
