I am looking for a role that allows me to apply my research skills in a collaborative environment, with opportunities for growth and learning in the field of plant biotechnology.

I am a dedicated and detail-oriented individual currently pursuing a Master’s in Plant Biotechnology at the University of Pretoria. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in molecular and life sciences, complemented by hands-on experience in research and data curation. I thrive in environments that challenge my critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

During my tenure as a research assistant at the South African National Biodiversity Institute, I compiled flora treatment families and conducted taxonomic research, honing my skills in scientific curation and data management. My volunteer experience further solidified my commitment to biodiversity conservation, where I engaged in specimen digitization and data input processes. I am eager to leverage my skills and knowledge to contribute positively to your organization.
