What I'm looking for

I seek research-focused roles in food microbiology or probiotics where I can lead studies, supervise students, publish, and apply statistical and lab expertise to develop functional, low-cost probiotic foods.

I am a postdoctoral researcher specialized in food microbiology, probiotics, and the development of functional beverages, with proven experience isolating and characterizing microbial strains, formulating dehydrated starters, and evaluating technological and probiotic properties of isolates. I lead projects on modulation of the gut microbiota by local probiotics in diabetic patients, develop bibliometric and meta-analytic methods, supervise students, and publish in international journals.

I also have university teaching experience in cell biology, general biochemistry and microbiology, and hands-on expertise in microbial culturing, PCR, DNA extraction, fermentation techniques, genome annotation, HPLC, and statistical analysis (SPSS, XLSTAT). My work emphasizes low-cost starter production and non-dairy probiotic beverage development with multiple peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations.
