What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Dubai real estate role where I can build agent and client relationships, support off-plan sales, manage accurate project information, and use my CRM, documentation, and property operations experience.

I've supported Dubai real estate sales at Dcosta Properties and Amirah Developments, guiding clients and agents through off-plan projects, unit availability, pricing, payment plans, reservations, and developer coordination.

I also bring leasehold property administration experience from Concord Property Management, including Ejari registrations, tenant and landlord coordination, contract records, payment reporting, and compliance. I use Bitrix and Amo CRM, Trakheesi, Oqood, DEWA, Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder to keep listings, documentation, and lead pipelines accurate.
