I'm looking to lead regional operations, field service, automation, or material-handling delivery teams where I can improve project execution, safety, schedule recovery, and customer outcomes.

At LogistiQ, I lead complex material-handling, conveyor, and automation projects for Amazon AMZL across an eight-state Southwest territory. I oversee an approximately $20M annual portfolio, guiding projects from pre-mobilization through commissioning, burn-in, Go Live, and post-installation support.

I bring field teams, contractors, controls technicians, engineering partners, and customer leadership together to recover at-risk schedules, manage costs, resolve technical issues, and deliver safely. Previously, I managed maintenance operations across four Amazon last-mile facilities, leading 16 RME personnel and improving operational continuity through KPI analysis and root-cause investigation.

I've reduced maintenance and vendor expenses by $152K, cut preventive-maintenance misses by 63%, maintained zero safety incidents, and delivered $50K in inventory-control savings.
