I’m looking for a role where I can support high-volume financial and benefits operations with strict compliance, accurate data management, and strong customer service—partnering with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and deliver clear, professional recommendations.

I’m a Financial Operations and Customer Support professional with experience supporting high-volume business operations, financial transactions, benefits administration, data management, and client services. I’m known for managing multiple priorities, analyzing complex information, resolving discrepancies, and communicating clearly with customers and internal stakeholders.

Most recently, as a Benefits Advisor at Alight Retiree Health Solutions, I performed detailed financial and benefits analyses to support healthcare and retirement decisions. I managed high-volume case workloads while meeting strict quality and compliance standards, researching account discrepancies and coordinating resolutions across internal departments. I also interpreted complex plan information, maintained accurate records and system updates in enterprise software, and supported workflows through documentation review, data entry, and transaction processing.

Before that, I worked as a Pet Insurance Sales & Service Agent at MetLife and a Licensed Insurance Agent at TTEC, processing policy changes and service requests while maintaining data accuracy and meeting compliance requirements. Earlier, as an Intelligence Specialist in the United States Navy Reserve, I produced analytical reports and operational briefings for leadership and coordinated across teams in high-pressure environments where accuracy and discretion mattered.
