Taylor Griffith

I've spent six years at Sandra Day O'Connor High School designing and delivering data-driven Social Studies learning programs, including AP World History and U.S. History. I use baseline assessment, measurable goals, targeted interventions, and outcome data to continually improve curriculum and delivery.

As Learning Leadership Team Lead, I've led curriculum alignment, quality assurance, structured colleague feedback, and performance support across concurrent programs. I also communicate with more than 150 families annually while maintaining safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality requirements.

Beyond the classroom, I lead World Travelers Club educational tours with EF Tours across Europe, Asia, and the South Pacific, coordinating enrolment, budgets, vendors, logistics, and participant communications for groups of 15+. I'm transitioning into program design, instructional design, and learning and development work, bringing experience making complex content accessible and outcome-driven for diverse audiences.
