As the Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations at Eastern Michigan University Women's Hockey, I founded and led a collegiate program that achieved a top-5 national ranking in its inaugural season. My responsibilities included managing all aspects of operations, from recruiting and budgeting to marketing and sponsorships. I designed training programs aligned with long-term athlete development principles and successfully grew visibility through strategic social media campaigns, doubling prospect interest year-over-year.

In my previous roles, I have managed daily operations in high-volume retail environments, developed custom training plans for hockey players, and coached competitive teams. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, which has equipped me with a deep understanding of both people and performance.
