I coach Division I rowing teams while driving recruiting, athlete development, operations, and social media engagement.

At Drake University, I coach the novice women's rowing team for Division I competition, lead recruiting operations, manage team travel and regatta entries, and oversee the program's Instagram presence.

Previously, I coached novice men at William & Mary, contributing to a 29th-place Head of the Hooch finish and 12th-place SIRA Championships finish. I've also coached more than 50 youth and adult rowers, created photo and video content for 10+ WVU Division I teams, and bring NCAA compliance, athlete development, and digital marketing communications experience.
