What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-focused role where I can build strong relationships, manage accounts or events, and create positive outcomes for clients and the community.

I'm currently supporting small business owners at Marsh Insurance Agency, where I manage client communication, certificates, insurance audits, endorsements, remarkets, and customer accounts as a licensed insurance agent.

Previously, I managed events for Quaintance Weaver Restaurants and Hotels and GSO Downtown Parks Inc., overseeing client communications, billing, budgets, staffing, logistics, and public and private park use.

My work is grounded in creating positive client experiences and community connections. I also maintained Guilford College’s permanent art collection and have been recognized through ArtsGreensboro, Fiber Art Now, and SEEK Raleigh grants.
