At United Flow Technologies, I support full-cycle accounting and administrative financial processes for 11 companies representing more than $140M in annual volume. I manage month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR, cash application, payroll entries, inventory audits, and purchasing documentation.

I train contract administrators, accounting employees, and sales personnel on NetSuite, QuickBase, QuickBooks, accounting workflows, and system procedures. I also build SOPs and AI-enabled automated workflows that reduce repetitive work, improve consistency, and strengthen process controls.

Previously, I directed end-to-end operations at Hudepohl Restoration, supervising 12 employees and coordinating 18 subcontractors across approximately $4M in annual project and insurance-claim volume. I led training across project administration, HR, payroll, purchasing, fleet, inventory, bookkeeping, vendor coordination, and office operations.

My experience also includes general management, office management, hospitality operations, and front-office administration. I bring a practical, hands-on approach to building clear processes that help teams work independently and keep operations moving.
