What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role that fosters innovation and offers opportunities for growth in a collaborative environment.

I'm an AI-focused Quality Engineer who loves combining solid software engineering with cutting-edge AI/ML tech, especially in fast-moving startup environments. Over the past few months, I've been diving deep into AI tools - everything from data analysis and prep to building agents, multi-agent systems, custom AI search with RAG, and voice applications. It's been an incredible learning journey, and I've developed my own approach to testing and improving AI systems.

I'm looking for a role where I can bring my software engineering background together with this AI expertise I've been building. I want to work with a team that's actually shipping AI products or integrating AI into real systems - not just talking about it. The work that gets me most excited is multi-agent systems, RAG implementations, and voice AI, and I'd love to put what I've learned to work on something that matters.

I'm passionate about understanding what customers actually need and building solutions that make a real difference. I am happy in those startup environments where everyone's really excited about what they're building - you know, where you're so into the work that skipping lunch or staying late doesn't feel like a sacrifice because you're actually excited about shipping something awesome. I want to be somewhere that treats quality engineering as essential from day one, not something you add on afterwards when things break.
