At Ocean Media, I defined the generative AI strategy and took agentic solutions from prototype to production. I delivered SM60, a LangChain multi-agent platform with MCP tools and human approval for campaign operations.
I also delivered invoice and document automation with finance across 25+ networks, and built an Azure AI Foundry multi-agent RAG system and Chat-with-Data for analytics and sales teams.
I run production AI with tracing, evaluation, quality alerts, prompt regression testing, and per-use-case cost monitoring. I built governance into these systems through PII redaction, output validation, audit trails, and human review.
Before Ocean Media, I delivered a real estate transaction platform at Fidelity National Financial and led HIPAA-regulated Medicare and pharmacy platforms at UnitedHealth Group / Optum. Earlier, I built real-time monitoring and KPI dashboards at Qualcomm and worked on mortgage application modernization at Tata Consultancy Services.
