At RID LLC (Rutsog Invest), I develop architectural concepts, 3D models, presentations, Design Development packages, and Construction Documentation from the initial brief through final approval.
I coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve technical conflicts and maintain code compliance, while designing construction nodes, technical details, and material schedules. I also provide on-site author supervision, resolve construction RFIs, and communicate directly with clients.
Through freelance architectural work, I deliver photorealistic interior and exterior renderings, precise Archicad and AutoCAD drawings, and energy-efficient modular solutions for residential projects. I manage projects independently from client briefing and feasibility studies through budgeting and final technical handover.
