At my independent design studio, I create full interior design packages for residential clients in the US and EU, covering layouts, materials, lighting, and furniture specifications. I also produce photorealistic interior and exterior visualizations using 3ds Max and Corona Renderer.
From 2019 to 2024, I was Lead Designer / Project Director at Residential Construction Company, where I led the design and delivery of private residential projects from client brief to handover. I personally produced concept designs, space plans, and schematic packages, and coordinated the architectural bureau producing construction documentation and permit sets.
I also managed the technical supervision service, with three construction directors reporting to me, and handled client briefs, approvals, change management, and budget trade-offs. My work spans the full project cycle, from early design through construction documentation and on-site supervision.
