At Giant Fencers and Security Systems, I programmed and maintained security and electric fencing control systems across client installations. I also diagnosed hardware and software faults and partnered with the technical team to refine system functionality.
I designed and built a shop management system now in active use by local shop owners in Chitungwiza, and built a web application from scratch. As a Technical Support Intern at Ministry of ICT, I provided first-line support and assisted with routine system maintenance.
