What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply psychology-informed communication, education, client support, research, and administrative skills while continuing to grow in clinical psychology and personal development.

I've delivered personalized online Psychology, Biology, Botany, Zoology, and Urdu tutoring since 2022, helping students build conceptual understanding beyond rote memorization.

My work at IBEX involved resolving customer inquiries and complex complaints through active listening, empathetic communication, accurate account handling, and timely follow-ups. I've also supported classroom instruction, coursework preparation, examinations, and student mentorship in a college setting.

As a Clinical Psychology master's student, I've gained practical exposure at Sheikh Zayed Hospital, Fountain House, PIMH, and an institution supporting disadvantaged children. I also provide life and wellness coaching, English–Urdu translation, proofreading, social media support, data entry, and research organization.
