What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a healthcare role where I can support a positive patient experience through accurate medication and specimen care, strong customer service, and HIPAA-compliant documentation, while continuing to grow in pharmacy and laboratory workflows.

I am a customer service oriented RPhT-focused healthcare professional with pharmaceutical, phlebotomy, and healthcare industry experience. I support an overall positive patient experience by accurately and promptly entering, filling, and dispensing medications while maintaining confidentiality and complete, accurate patient records.

I bring attention to detail from hands-on work preparing and distributing medications, maintaining drug inventory, and handling HIPAA-compliant documentation. Through Walgreens Pharmacy externship and my ongoing role at Quest Diagnostics, I perform medication order review and third party billing support, and I also collect specimens using venipuncture, heel sticks, and finger sticks—performing rapid in house testing while protecting patient privacy.
