What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead data-driven digital growth across SEO, paid media, social, PR, and performance marketing, while managing cross-functional teams, international client work, partnerships, and measurable business outcomes.

I've led SEO, paid media, PR, and performance marketing initiatives for Motiongility, Carina Softlabs, The UpThrust, and international clients including Surfshark, Macadons, Shedplans, Stonefly, Astra, and Loganix.

As a Project Manager at Carina Softlabs, I delivered 20+ digital marketing and IT projects with a 95% on-time delivery rate and 100% client satisfaction. I coordinated development, design, and content teams while reducing delays by 25% through Asana and Jira.

I was promoted to Division Head at The UpThrust, where I led operations, client services, training, and growth initiatives. I signed MoUs with three Indore colleges, supported industry exposure for 1,000+ students, increased enrollment by 40%, and improved lead conversion by 30%.
