Most recently, I was the primary accountable PM for a multi-tenant hospitality SaaS platform supporting 240+ properties. I coordinated delivery across guest web, admin dashboards, a React Native staff application, payments, chatbot, and 6 POS integrations; managed readiness across 5+ deployment surfaces; and worked with engineering, QA, DevOps, client stakeholders, and integration partners.
I also managed incident, hotfix, and RCA follow-through for payment reconciliation failures, duplicate orders, POS synchronisation issues, webhook defects, caching failures, chatbot race conditions, and security remediation.
