I'm looking to lead Agile delivery and digital transformation initiatives where I can align business and engineering teams, modernize web platforms, and apply AI-enabled workflows to improve delivery efficiency.

At Radix Software Services, I've led end-to-end delivery of enterprise software and digital solutions for more than 13 years, from requirements and solution analysis through deployment and production support.

For a Hotel Management Platform, I led a 22-member cross-functional team, modernized a legacy PHP application to React.js and Next.js, and delivered hotel widgets for rooms, offers, availability, and booking information.

I've introduced AI-assisted development, AI guardrails, governance practices, and reusable workflows that reduce repetitive developer work across coding, troubleshooting, documentation, and support.
