Across FMCG environments, I’ve strengthened planning accuracy and operational reliability—forecasting 1,000+ SKUs for SEA and improving forecast reliability for 3,000+ SKUs using outlier detection. I’ve also built practical systems for traceability and execution, including a Power Apps + Power BI WMS to support FIFO compliance across production modules, reducing up to 10% production time loss and 39.5% raw material handling time via DMAIC.
